Receta Lamb Pilaf (Baranini Pilaff)

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Lamb breast, boned and cubed
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 x Onions, cut in half
- 1/4 tsp Salt or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Raw rice
- 4 c. Warm water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry lamb in butter for 5 min. Add in onions, slt and peppers, stirring till very brown. Add in water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2 hrs. 6-8 servings.
