Receta Lap Mu (Savory Pork Salad)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Grnd pork, lean
- 1/2 c. Water
- 4 ounce Chicken livers
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Grnd serrano chile
- 2 Tbsp. Shallots, sliced thin
- 2 whl green onions, cut in 1/2" pcs
- 1 c. Cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce, Thai
- 1/2 c. Mint leaves, whole Whole lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Boil water in wok & stir fry grnd pork till done. Remove pork from water with a slotted spoon. Boil chicken livers in water in wok till done, then slice into thin slices. Toss pork, livers, bread crumbs, grnd chile, shallots, green onion & cilantro in a bowl. Season with fish sauce & lime juice. Serve over lettuce leaves & garnish with mint leaves.
