Receta Latticed Tuna

Ingredientes
- 60 gm Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Plain flour
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 pch Crushed garlic
- 1 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 sm Onion, finely sliced
- 310 gm Can corn kernels
- 1 x Tomato
- 1/2 c. Frzn peas
- 1/2 x Lemon (juice of)
- 1 lrg Can tuna in brine liquid removed
- 6 slc Bread, crusts removed Butter, to spread bread Grated tasty cheese Paprika
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a large saucepan, add in flour and cook for about a minute. Gradually add in the lowfat milk, stirring constantly so no lumps form.
- Add in seasoning, garlic curry pwdr and vegetables and lemon juice over tuna. Then add in tuna to mix.
- Place mix in a casserole dish and cut the crusts of bread off the bread and butter slices well. Cut into fingers.
- Lattice the bread on top of the casserole and sprinkle well with cheese and paprika. Place under a preheated griller or possibly a moderate oven 180c till cheese melts.
- This can be made ahead and kept in the fridge.
