Ingredientes

  • 60 gm Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. Plain flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pch Crushed garlic
  • 1 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 sm Onion, finely sliced
  • 310 gm Can corn kernels
  • 1 x Tomato
  • 1/2 c. Frzn peas
  • 1/2 x Lemon (juice of)
  • 1 lrg Can tuna in brine liquid removed
  • 6 slc Bread, crusts removed Butter, to spread bread Grated tasty cheese Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a large saucepan, add in flour and cook for about a minute. Gradually add in the lowfat milk, stirring constantly so no lumps form.
  2. Add in seasoning, garlic curry pwdr and vegetables and lemon juice over tuna. Then add in tuna to mix.
  3. Place mix in a casserole dish and cut the crusts of bread off the bread and butter slices well. Cut into fingers.
  4. Lattice the bread on top of the casserole and sprinkle well with cheese and paprika. Place under a preheated griller or possibly a moderate oven 180c till cheese melts.
  5. This can be made ahead and kept in the fridge.
