Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can (4.5-ounce) ripe olives, minced
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 8 x -(up to)
- 12 x Corn tortillas
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1/2 lb Cheese, grated
- 2/3 c. Water
Direcciones
- Sauce grnd beef, onion & garlic. Add in tomato sauce, olives, salt, pepper & chili pwdr. Place tortillas, sauce & cheese, alternately, in a casserole dish, ending with cheese. Pour water over cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 min.
