Receta Layered Taco Chip Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 cans bean dip
- 3 ripe avocados or possibly 2 tubs guacamole dip
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 bunch green onions, minced fine
- 3 tomatoes, minced fine
- 3 cans chopped black olives
Direcciones
- In 9 x 13 inch pan spread bean dip in the bottom. In separate bowl peel and mash avocado. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper.In another bowl put together lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Alternate layers of avocado and lowfat sour cream mix on top of bean dip. Layer onion, tomatoes and olives. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
