Receta Layered Taco Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can lg. refried beans
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- Crushed taco chips
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 T mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
- 1 can or possibly jar salsa
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Green onions, minced (to taste)
- Olives, sliced
- Cilantro
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
Direcciones
- Add in 1/2 package taco seasoning to meat and cook. Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Layer in order above and chill for 1 hour - or possibly heat or possibly use as dip or possibly cut into squares.
