Receta Lechon Kawali

Ingredientes
- 1 kg Pork belly
- 2 tsp Salt
- 5 whl peppercorns
- 5 x Cloves garlic, chopped Oil, for deep frying
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pkt chili peppers
Direcciones
- 1. Boil pork in sufficient water with salt, peppercorns and garlic till tender. Drain.
- 2. Deep fry in warm oil till golden and crisp.
- 3. Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and serve with minced lechon kawali.
