Receta Lemon Basil Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Linguine or possibly other favorite, pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Melted margarine or possibly butter
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
- 3/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt in cooking water.
- Drain and return pasta to pan. In a small bowl, combine margarine, lemon juice, basil, garlic salt and pepper. Toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle cheese over pasta and serve immediately. Main dish variation: Toss in 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or possibly 1 pound cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined, before adding cheese.
