Receta Lemon Blueberry Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
- 1 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Sugar

- In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, juice and Large eggs. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; stir into egg mix alternately with lowfat milk. Mix in peel, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 min or possibly till bread tests done. Cold in pan for 10 min.
- Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients. Remove bread from pan and drizzle with glaze. Cold on a wire rack.
