Receta Lemon Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 2 whl Chicken Breasts, skinned and boned
- 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 c. Chicken Broth
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
Direcciones
- In a frying pan over medium heat, saute/fry mushrooms and garlic in oil for 3 to 5 min. Remove from pan. Sprinkle chicken with flour and rosemary and brown on both sides. Add in lemon juice and broth to pan and scrape browned bits from the bottom. Return mushrooms to pan. Lower heat to simmer, cover pan and cook for 15 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
