Ingredientes
- 2 lbs 1 oz graham cracker crumbs
- 6 3/4 oz light brown sugar
- 15 oz melted margarine
- 1 lb 14 oz granulated sugar
- 1 lb 2 oz lemon gelatin reg.
- 2 qts 1 cup hot water
- 3 cups cold water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp, 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted margarine to form smooth mixture.
- Spread evenly 3 1/2 cups on bottom of each 12x18 inch pan. Press firmly together.
- Place gelatin and sugar in bowl, add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add cold water, lemon juice, and salt. Allow to cool.
