Receta Apple Banana Crunch Pie

Ingredientes
- 3 med apples cut in chunks
- 2 med bananas cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine soften
- 1 x 9" pastry shell unbaked
Direcciones
- Combine fruits and lemon juice; let stand 10 min. Combine flour, sugar and spices; cut in butter until crumbly. Arrange fruit in pastry shell. Sprinkle with crumb mix. Bake at 400 F for 35-40 min.
- Cover top lossely with foil if crumb mix browns too quickly. Cut in wedges to serve.
