Receta Apple Blackberry Crunch

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Apples- 2 each red and green, (jonagold & granny smith)
- 1 c. Granola
- 1/2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Apple/pecan syrup
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Blackberry

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep 2-qt or possibly 9x13 baking dish. Peel, core, and cut apples into 1/4 inch slices. Layer in dish - green/red/green/red. Mix syrup and lemon juice, pour proportionately over apples.
- Combine granola, oats, nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon - cut in butter till resembles coarse crumbs. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon - sprinkle 1/2 of mix over apples. Spread proportionately with blackberries, sprinkle remaining flour mix over berries. Cover completely with granola mix. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till apples are tender when pierced with a knife. Serve hot with heavy cream or possibly yogurt for breakfast, or possibly with ice cream or possibly whipped cream for dessert.
