Ingredientes
- 2 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 1/2 c. Cool heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree till smooth. Pour into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hrs till solid.
- Yield: 2 servings
