Receta Lemon~Garlic & Basil Baked Salmon
We love Salmon and the flavors just explode in your mouth.
Ingredientes
- 4 Salmon Filets (about 4 ounces each)
- 2 lemons (juice only)
- 2 cloves of garlic-minced (I use jarred, fresh cloves are fine to mince)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Direcciones
- In a small bowl add minced garlic, lemon juice and basil, stir well
- Coat each fillet (skin side down) and place in a non stick baking dish
- Add melted butter, parmesan cheese, cover with foil and place in a 400 F oven for 8 minutes (Salmon will just begin to flake)
- Serve with some fresh sauteed veggies and enjoy the flavors!
