Receta Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts quartered
- 1 sm onion -- finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp salt -- optional
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In a skillet, saute/fry Brussels sprouts and onion in butter for 5 min. Add in garlic, lemon juice and peel, salt if you like, and pepper; saute/fry for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir for 5 to 6 min or possibly till the sprouts are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
