Receta Lemon Garlic Butter Baguette

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 3 x garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 x French-bread baguette, cut crosswise into 1 inch-thick slices
Direcciones
- Mix butter, minced parsley, garlic and grated lemon peel in small bowl to blend. Season lemon-garlic butter to taste with salt and pepper. Spread proportionately over 1 side of each bread slice. Reassemble bread slices; wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. (Can be made 8 hrs ahead; chill.) Preheat oven to 300 F. Bake bread till heated through, about 20 min; serve bread hot.
