Receta Lemon Glaze Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkt (3 1/2 ounce) instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 x Large eggs, (can use egg substitutes to equal 4 Large eggs)
- 3/4 c. Oil, (I use canola)
- 3/4 c. Water
- 8 ounce Powered sugar
- 1 lrg Lemon , juice of
- 1 Tbsp. Melter butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- Combine yellow cake and lemon pudding mixes with Large eggs, oil and water. Mix well 2-3 min with mixer. Turn into lightly Pam sprayed bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched. Cover with foil if cake is getting too brown. Remove from oven.
- While hot, pierce entire surface with tines of fork and pour lemon icing proportionately over cake. approx. 10-12 servings
- Icing: Combine all together and beat with mixer until smooth. pour over cake while still hot.
