- 1 can Eagle Condensed Lowfat milk
- 2 x Lemons, juice only
- 2 x Egg Yolk
- 1 x Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9 Inch

- Add in lowfat milk and egg yolks together, stir. Add in lemon juice, blend well and pour into pie crust.
- Cover with merengue.
- Filling is kind of pale to my thinking. Add in drop or possibly 2 yellow color.
- Pour filling into crust quickly-filling "sets up" fast.
