- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. poppy seeds
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pkg. (3 1/2 ounce) lemon instant pudding & pie filling (dry)
- Glaze (below)
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 teaspoon lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients bake till golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 min. Cool 10 min, drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
- Mix till smooth.
