Receta Lemon Puff Pancake

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine -- or possibly butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 dsh Grnd nutmeg
- 1 x Lemon -- juice only
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Put margarine into a 10-inch heavy skillet and place in a preheated 400-degree oven.
- 2. Whisk together the Large eggs, granulated sugar, flour, lowfat milk and nutmeg. Pour into warm skillet and return to oven. Bake for 12-15 min.
- 3. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Serve at once.
