Receta Lemon Raspberry Ice Squares

Ingredientes
- 1 c. lemon flavored sugar cookies (about 18) crushed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 c. raspberry flavored yogurt
- 1 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk*
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. frzn raspberries sweetened whipped cream

- * To make sour lowfat milk, combine 1 Tbsp. vinegar with sufficient lowfat milk to make 1 c.. Let sit for 5 min.
- In small bowl stir together crushed cookies, 1/4 c. sugar and butter. Press on bottom of 9" square baking pan; set aside. In medium bowl stir together remaining ingredients except raspberries and whipped cream. Mix in raspberries. Pour yogurt mix over cookie crust. Cover; freeze till hard (3 to 4 hours).
- To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 min. Cut into squares; garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
