Receta Lemon Scones

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 8 ounce Lemon yogurt, lowfat
- 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 Cut butter in with flour, cornstarch and soda. Combine with 1/2 of the yogurt, raisins and Large eggs, stir till just moistened. Shape into a ball and flatten on a cookie sheet into a 9 inch circle 3/4 inch thick. Bake for 7-10 min. Combine remaining yogurt with cream cheese and serve with hot scones.
