Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 (6 ounce) can frzn lemonade concentrate, thawed (or possibly pink lemonade or possibly limeade)
- Sugar to sprinkle
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and 1 cup sugar; add in large eggs and beat till fluffy. Sift together flour and soda; add in alternately to creamed mix with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop dough from tsp 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 400 degrees about 8 min or possibly till golden brown around edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate. Sprinkle with sugar. Remove to cooling rack. Yields 4 dozen.
