- 5 c. Water
- 2 x Lemons, cut into thin strips , rind of
- 6 x Lemons, juice of
- 4 c. Water Mint leaves

- How to Prepare:1. Boil the sugar, 1 c. of water and lemon rind for 5 min over medium-high heat.
- 2. Cold and stir in the lemon juice and remaining 4 c. of water.
- 3. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
