- 1-1/2 CUPS (15 OZ. ORGANIC COOKED LENTILS
- 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED ORGANIC POTATOES, MASHED
- 1-1/2 TBSP. ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBSP. PARSLEY PASTE, SEASONING OR FRESH CHOPPED
- 3 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES, PRESSED
- 1 ORGANIC ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING
- 1 TBSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
- 1 TEAS. BRAGG SPRINKLE
- 1 TEAS. BRAGG KELP
- 1/4 CUP FLAXSEED MEAL
- 1 CUP ORGANIC TOMATO SAUCE OR PUREE
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF ORGANIC FLOUR IF NEEDED TO THICKEN.
- ORGANIC PANKO FOR COATING

- PUT OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SAUTE' PAN, ADD PARSLEY PASTE OR FRESH PARSLEY, GARLIC, ONION & COOK FOR 5 MINUTES, ADD TO LENTIL, BEAN & POTATO MIXTURE ALREADY IN NINJA BOWL AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED.
- ADD SEASONINGS AND THE ONION MIXTURE INTO THE NINJA BOWL AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH.
- SHAPE INTO SIZE OF GOLF BALLS OR PATTIES.
- COAT WITH ORGANIC PANKO.
- BAKE ON COOKIE SHEET AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
