- 1 x Potato Diced
- 1 x Carrot Minced

- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Tarragon Salt And Pepper To Taste

- Put all ingredients into pot. Cook on med heat till potatoes are tender and lentils are soft, about 30 minutes.
