Receta Libby's Pumkin Pie (Using Mix)

- 1 x unbaked 9" deep-dish pie shell 4-c. volume
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3 1/4 c. LIBBY'S Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix (30-oz can)
- 2/3 c. NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Lowfat milk

- PREHEAT oven to 425F.
- BEAT Large eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated lowfat milk. Pour into pie shell. BAKE for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 F.; bake for 50 to 60 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cold on wire rack for 2 hrs. Serve immediately or possibly chill. (Don't freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.) FOR 2 SHALLOW PIES, substitute two 9-inch (2-c. volume) pie shells. Bake in preheated 425 F. oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 F.; bake for 40 min or possibly till pies test done.
- NOTE: If using metal or possibly foil pan(s), bake on preheated heavy-duty baking sheet(s).
- FOR LOWER FAT/CALORIE PIE, substitute NESTLE CARNATION Lowfat Evaporated or possibly Fat Free Evaporated Lowfat milk.
- FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (6,000 ft.): Deep-dish pie - extend second baking time to 55 to 65 min. Shallow pies - no change needed.
