Ingredientes
- 2 c. water
- 2 med potatoes -- peeled and diced
- 1 med onion -- minced
- 2 x carrots -- scraped and minced
- 1 stalk celery -- minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 1/2 ounce clams, canned -- chopped, undrained
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Add in clams and lowfat milk; cover and simmer 5 min.
- Yield: 6 servings.
