- 1 x (16 ounce) can ready-to-serve low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp dry onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1 x (10 ounce) pkg frzn minced broccoli, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter-flavored granules

- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add in broccoli and next three ingredients; cook till cheese melts and mix is thoroughly heated. Garnish with additional shredded cheese. 4 svg
