Receta Liver, Bacon, & Onions Microwaved

Ingredientes
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1 pound baby beef liver, sliced
- Salt
- Pepper

- Arrange bacon in single layer in 2 qt (12 x 7 inches) glass baking dish. Microwave for 4 to 4 1/2 min on high or possibly till crisp. Remove bacon, set aside. Coat liver slices with bacon drippings, arrange in baking dish. Add in onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 14 to 16 min on simmer or possibly till meat loses pink color. Crumble bacon over top. Let stand, covered, 5 min before serving.
