Receta Lobster Fra Diavolo

Ingredientes
- 1 x Lobster, cleaned and split in half lenthwise
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
- 2 x Red chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Grated, fresh Parmasano Reggiano
- 2 Tbsp. White wine
Direcciones
- Place split lobsters and claws in 400 oven for 10 min. Remove meat, break into bite-size pcs, and set aside. Be sure not to break the large outer shells.
- Brown garlic and parsely in butter and oil. Add in tomato sauce, chili peppers, oregano, and salt and pepper, to taste. Simmer for 5 min.
- Remove from heat, add in lobster meat, cheese, and wine. Blend well and fill lobster shells with the mix. Bake, uncovered, in 300 oven for 25 min.
