Receta Lobster Noodle Salad

Ingredientes
- 5 ounce Can of lobster (or possibly fresh)
- 2 c. Cooked alphabet noodles
- 1/4 c. Minced celery
- 3 Tbsp. Stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Green onions, thinly sliced Salt, sprinkle
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Cream or possibly lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 x Lettuce c. (or possibly shredded)
- 2 x Tomatoes in wedges Salt and pepper, sprinkle
Direcciones
- Combine lobster, noodles, celery, olives and onions in bowl. Sprinkle with salt.
- In small bowl mix mayonnaise, cream and lemon juice. Add in to salad. Toss lightly.
- Arrange lettuce on plates. Spoon lobster mix over lettuce with tomato wedge for garnish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serves 4
