Receta Lobster Oyster Ragout

Ingredientes
- 3-4 c. oysters
- 3-4 c. cooked lobster or possibly chicken, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, or possibly 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. oyster liquid
- 3/4 c. cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Heat the butter and add in flour, stirring constantly. Add in oyster liquid, cream and seasoning and beat vigorously till well-cooked and creamy. Add in the oysters to the sauce. When parboiled, add in the diced lobster or possibly chicken, then the parsley or possibly celery cut fine. Heat through. Delicious served on toast points. May also be served on saltines.
