- Meat tenderizer
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 finely minced green onion or possibly onion flakes
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) London Broil steak
Direcciones
- Sprinkle the meat tenderizer on both sides of the meat. Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate for 24 hrs. Broil on grill.
