- Heat butter, add in soy sauce and mix well. About 1 1.2 hrs before serving time, sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of steak and pierce with fork all over. Let stand 40 min. Then brush butter and soy sauce mix on one side. Let stand for 40 min. Place on broiler pan or possibly grill buttered side up and broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 to 6 min. Turn steak; brush with remaining butter and soy sauce mix. Broil 5 to 6 min longer.
- May serve with onion and green pepper strips cooked till soft in a covered pan with 1 Tbsp. melted butter mixed with 1 tsp. soy sauce. Cook 15 to 20 min on low heat.
