Ingredientes
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) London broil or possibly flank steak
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except steak. Place meat in a deep dish and pour in marinade. Cover and chill one day, turning occasionally. Grill steak over warm coals or possibly under the broiler till desired doneness, basting several times with marinade.
