- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. Crisco oil

- Mix all ingredients, may add in more or possibly less lowfat milk to make batter. Pour on warm non-stick skillet or possibly griddle. Makes eight 6 inch pancakes.
