Receta Louisiana Style Bbq Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil, or possibly a mix of olive and peanut oils
- 1 c. Chopped onions
- 1 c. Seeded chopped green bell peppers
- 1 c. Chopped celery
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. Catsup
- 1 tsp Creole mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Liquid smoke
- 1/8 tsp Liquid warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, bell peppers, and celery in oils for 5 min add in remaining ingredients-mix well heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 min. Use as a sauce with shellfish and rice.
