Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Minced green pepper
- 2 c. Cooked long grain rice
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 1/8 tsp Dry coriander
- 1 x 15-ounce can black beans
- 3/4 c. Minced tomatoes
Direcciones
- Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat, add in onions, pepper and saute/fry till tender. Stir in rice and next 3 ingredients. Saute/fry 3 min. Add in beans and tomatoes, cook 3 more min.
