Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Margarine softened
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk* room temp
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Egg whites whipped
- 1 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr sifted
- 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Powdered sugar sifted

- Preparation Time: 0:20Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, buttermilk, vanilla , and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa pwdr, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2" apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 7 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. NOTES
- *Buttermilk Substitute: Combine 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar with sufficient skim lowfat milk to equal 1/2 c.; let stand 5 min.
