Receta Low Fat Pepper Steak From Carol Creel

Ingredientes
- Cooking spray
- 3 lb Boneless top round steak Thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 lrg Bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2/3 c. Water
- 1 tsp Beef boullion
- 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
- 1 med Garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 t cornstarch
- 1 1/2 med Tomato thinly sliced
- 2 c. Warm cooked rice
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute/fry beef and remove. Saute/fry onion and garlic in skillet till tender. Add in pepper and a small amount of water to onion and garlic; cover and cook on low till tender. Sprin- kle with boullion granules and add in teriyaki sauce and 2/3 c water.
- In a measuring c., make a paste with the 1/4 c. warm water and corn starch. Pour into the skillet and cook for a few min till thick.
- Add in tomato and cook till tender. Serve over warm cooked rice.
