Receta Macaroni Beef Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) macaroni
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. (1 pound each) tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed sweet basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni as package directs. Drain. Brown grnd beef, onion and pepper. Stir in flour. Add in tomatoes. Cook till thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients and macaroni. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. Serves 10.
