Receta Macaroni & Cheese With A Twist

Ingredientes
- 1 pound box elbow macaroni
- 1 c. leftover ham in julienne strips
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 can (16 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2-1 c. lowfat milk
- Bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper
- 2-3 pats butter
Direcciones
- Cook and drain macaroni. Season with salt and pepper. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add in lowfat milk, ham, pepper and 8 oz cheese; mix. Chop up canned tomatoes and add in along with liquid to mix. Stir together. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Add in rest of shredded cheese over mix. Cut pats of butter on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
