Receta Macaroni Ham Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. macaroni (small shells,
- Spiral curls, etc.)
- 1/4 pound cooked, cubed ham
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/3 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced sweet pickles
- Minced pimento or possibly red pepper, if you like
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly Miracle Whip
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni as directed; drain and cool. Put together with remaining ingredients.
- Mix dressing ingredients. Add in to salad ingredients and toss lightly. Also, very good when substituting chicken for ham, swiss for cheddar cheese and adding some ripe olives.
