  • 2 x Chicken lobsters,boiled
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 5 slc Bread
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk or possibly cream

Direcciones

  1. Salt and paprika to taste Bread crumbs or possibly crushed cereal flakes for topping
  2. Heat butter in top of double boiler. Add in flour, mustard, salt and paprika.
  3. After making a paste of these, slowly, add in cream or possibly lowfat milk. Stir constantly to make smooth and continue to stir and cook till thickened. Add in the lobster meat that has been cut into serving pcs. To the creamed lobster, add in the bread, crusts removed, that has been broken into pcs,not too small. Mix well and pour into casserole dish.
  4. Top mix with buttered coarse bread crumbs or possibly crushed cereal flakes.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven only long sufficient to reheat mix and lightly toast topping.
  6. Makes 4 generous servings.
