Ingredientes

1 tsp Maine wild blueberries
1/3 c. Water
1 c. White sugar
1 tsp Grated lemon rind
1 c. Flour
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/3 c. Butter

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 350. Combine Maine wild blueberries, 3/4 c. white sugar, water, and lemon rind in a baking dish.
Bring to boil and simmer for 2 min. Meanwhile, combine reserved 1/4 c. white sugar with brown sugar, flour baking pwdr, and cinnamon. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over blueberry mix.
Bake approximately 25 min or possibly till top is brown. Serve hot with heavy cream or possibly vanilla ice cream.JMGovernor Angus S King, Jr.,Maine
