Receta Make Ahead Pineapple Carrot Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Orange gelatin, (8 ounce)
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1 can Crushed pineapple, liquid removed (8 ounce)
- 2/3 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. Minced celery
Direcciones
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Add in cool water and refrigeratetill the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mix into lightly oiled 4-c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Unmold onto lettuce lined serving plate.
