adapted from gale gand's malted chocolate chip cookies
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter room temp
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbs espresso
2 lg eggs
1/2 c malt powder
1 1/2 c chocolate covered espresso beans chopped
preheat oven to 350
