Receta Mama's Best Shrimp Louis

Ingredientes
- 6 c. water
- 2 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 lrg hard-boiled egg finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced pimientos
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper Curly leaf lettuce Shredded Iceberg lettuce
Direcciones
- Bring water to a boil; add in shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 min or possibly till shrimp turn pink. Drain well; rinse with cool water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp. Cover and refrigeratethoroughly.
- Combine mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients; stir well. Pour mayonnaise mix over shrimp, and toss gently. Line a shell shaped bowl or possibly salad bowl with leaf lettuce; top with shredded iceberg lettuce. Spoon shrimp mix proportionately over shredded lettuce.
